I don't know how many of you are familliar with the Christian Rock group "Superchick" but while I was runnnig yesterday, their song "Anthem" came on my mp3 player, and something inside of my really connected with it for some reason yesterday... I guess I was in a "GIRL POWER" mood or something. Here are some of the lyrics.

Yesterday's workout was a 5 mile tempo run and P90X Legs and Back. I am almost to week 4 of P90X, which is recovery week... no strength training all week.. just core and cardio. Looking forward to the little break.
I did get over the 'bump' in the road the other day and had a great clean eating day yesterday. Thanks to all of your for your encouragement. I will get around to checking on all of your blogs later today, The family is starting to stir, which means it's time to do some breakfast around here.
