Before After

Almost monday again :(

I had a rotten night food-wise.  I made homemade vegetable soup... It was terribly yummy and I ate what must've added up to about a TON of it.  Oh well, I'll get back on track tomorrow.  At least I got my full servings of veggies in today   and it was perfect soup weather.  Our spring weather has passed now.  Tonight it's supposed to be about 25 degrees.  Not sure what the temp is out there right now... but it's cold!  Can anyone say BRRRRRR.

Some of you may think that's warm compared to your temps right now... but to a Georgia girl.. that's downright frigid.

I ended up turning off my alarm clock this morning and didn't go out and run.  Instead, I got on the treadmill after church for 3.5 miles instead of the 6 I was supposed to run.  Oh well.   At least I did SOMETHING.

On a happy note, our high school won the AAAA State Championship Friday night... It was a good game.... the closest one I've seen all season.  We watched it on TV, we didn't get to go.  So, now our team won back to back state titles!  GO NHS!  That's 2 straight undefeated seasons!!!!

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend.  I'm off to bed now.  Nitey nite.

Thanks for the comment

It's a lot easier when you know someone is rooting for you.  We can definitely get this done together!

Congrats to your high school team by the way!  Way to go!

It happens!

The important thing is that you don't let 1 or 2 bad days turn into a week or two of bad days, ya know?  You're fine! I've been checking up on all my blog friends and it seems everyone is on that same page, one bad day then right back on track.  Think how much worse you'd be feeling if here it is January 1 and you've been eating horribly for 7 or 8 days instead of just 1.  Keep up the good work, and good running!!!
