Sad and busy day
Hello everyone,
Ok, so I went into work this morning, and all was normal. Then, my dad called me while I was on my lunch break and told me that my aunt passed away today. She was in poor physical condition and hadn't been able to do things for herself for a long time, and had a feeding tube put in about a year or two ago... but you never really expect it, you know? Well... I don't have time to be sad yet.... The house was a total disaster. And you know people will be coming over soon. So I left work at 12:30 and this is the first time I have been in a sitting position since.... I have been doing MAJOR housecleaning.
I just hope my grandma is ok. She is 102 years old, and my aunt was her "baby". She had been handicapped, physically and mentally since she was 16, so my grandma has always taken care of her. My aunt was 76.
Back to the cleaning, then I have to get the kids to church for Christmas caroling. I want to go to the gym, if it's just for a half hour. I guess I'll play that by ear and see if my dad needs me here or not.
