Dec 12 - Upper Body Circuit
Dec 13 - Tempo Run (5 miles)
Dec 14 - Easy Run (2 miles), Jiggle Free Abs
Dec 15 - Yoga / Rest
Dec 16 - Long Run (6 miles)
Dec 17 - Chest and Back Circuit,FIRM Body Sculpt (upper body portion only)
Dec 18 - Easy Run (3 miles)
Dec 19 - Gym Workout, FIRM Jiggle Free Abs
Dec 20 - Speedwork (5 miles)
Dec 21 - Easy Run (2 miles); Ab Circuit
