I'm baaaack
Hi everyone. It's been soooo long.
I haven't been working out much lately, there's been sooo much going on in my life... personal life and at work. So, now I am in the process of beginning again. I have run on the treadmill 3 times in the last 4 days and I've done one weight workout (Saturday) , which I am finally recovering from. Tonight I am planning to go to the track with my hubby and run and then do an ab circuit.
I still haven't run that half marathon I was planning on, but I WILL do it before the middle of 2008! As soon as I can get back outside to run like I used to, I will start my half marathon training again and build up my mileage. I can't wait!!

Hope to get back to regular postings now. Maybe in the next few days I can post my December workout schedule. I actually have internet at home now, so it should be a little easier to post regularly.
