Before After

Down a pound

I weighed in this morning and I am down a pound.  I'm happy about it, because it puts me under 130.... FINALLY.  I have dipped down into that territory a time or two, but it fluctuates a lot, so I just usually don't even post it.  This time, I am determined to stay in this 'uncharted territory'.

Not feeling well today, so this post is going to be a short one.  Today's workout is supposed to be a 3 mile tempo run with 1 mile warm-up and 1 mile cool down (5 miles total)... But we have church tonight and I feel kinda yucky.  So it may be a rest day.

I sent in my registration this morning for my next 5K... It's in less than 2 weeks.  May 5th!  I'll be sure to post the results.

Have a great Wednesday

Yay Suns!

Hi, Becki!

Thanks for thinking of me!  Last night's game was awesome!  They really got it together.  But yet it seemed effortless on their part.  I think we will see some great games in round 2.  I don't know which I would rather see them play, San Antonio or Denver.  Denver is coming alive, so they really scare me.  But the Suns have problems with San Antonio's style of play.  It will be fun, no matter what!

Take care, and I hope your are feeling better!

Hey there!

Yay for signing up for your next 5k.  I'm doing a 5k this weekend but I'm walking not running.  I'm sorry you were feeling icky yesterday, I hope you are feeling better today!!

WTG on getting into the 130's and getting to that 20lb mark like me!!  Your doing great!!  keep it up!

~Jenn

Thanks for checking

in on my grandma.  She's okay, but I won't know more until I get up there tomorrow.  Yay for you on getting in the 120's, I knew you could do it and you'll be at goal in no time.  Since I'm still trying to get "deep" into this running so I only have 5Ks planned this year.  I did one in March, the next is June, then September, then November.  I may get brave and run a 10K or something if I feel  more confident later in the year.

Anywho, take care and glad you're blogging again.
