Here I am one week before starting Medifast - 177 lbs. My highest EVER, non-pregnant weight. : (  Look at those arms! YIKES!!  So sad....  The four AWESOME looking guys in the photo are my reasons for living!  My wonderful husband and the 3 beautiful boys he & I created.
