Once Again
Wednesday, October 11th -
Ughhh!!! The scale was so NOT nice today! 174.6 - I was down to 165 earlier in the week. I told you my body was rebelling. OK - so here we go...I'm drinking Shake #1 right now. I've got 19 days left on the island, maybe I can be down to at least 165 before we leave.

WHEW! I lost quite a bit of water weight yesterday and am down to 169.2 today, so I feel a bit better. Maybe I can see 160 by month's end. (?) We'll see...
