STARTING OVER
I first started Medifast about 2 months ago & should be well on my way to my GOAL weight, but life got hectic (it still is) & I got severely side-tracked.
I'm BACK & I have to stay on plan this time. I managed to keep my weight down the first few weeks, but then it slowly crept back on as my eating became out of control. So I re-started today at 171.0. BMI: 28.5 - I have to say... I've felt HORRIBLE these past few weeks. My IBS was doing so well on Medifast, these past few weeks have been horrible on my tummy. I've been wanting to start back for quite some time, but I've kept saying "tomorrow", "tomorrow", etc... well, today was 'tomorrow' & I'm BACK! Time to order a few more weeks of "medi-grub".
Monday, September 25th
- MF Meal #1 - 8am, French Vanilla-Berry Oatmeal
- MF Meal #2 - 12 noon, Chocolate Mint bar
- MF Meal #3 - 3:00pm, Minestrone
- L & G - 5pm - Canned Chicken & Steamed mixed veggies
- MF Meal #4 - 7:45pm, Banana Creme Shake with SF Caramel syrup
- MF Meal #5 - 10pm, Minestrone
