Week Two
Sunday, August 6th I lost a total of 6.1 pounds my first week. (weight today 170.4) I'm thrilled with the results!! I think I would've done better though, if I hadn't missed a few MF Meals and if I had drank more water. For week two I vow to get in ALL my meals each day & to drink at least 48oz. of water daily; preferrably more but I'm taking baby steps! : )
- MF Meal #1 - 9:30am, Swiss Mocha Shake
- MF Meal #2 - 11:30am, Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- MF Meal #3 - 2:00pm, Oatmeal Raisin Bar
- Snack - 4:00pm, MF Apple-Cinnamon Soy Crisps
- L&G - 6:00pm, Green salad with 2 hard boiled eggs, light ranch
- MF Meal #4 - 8:30pm, Chicken Noodle Soup
- MF Meal #5 - 11:30pm, Chocolate Pudding
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 64oz.
Monday, August 7th Day 9 - Still going strong. Yesterday was my first rough day though. A little more stressed and had a major urge to munch. MF helped me fight it off though and I feel empowered - like I'm gaining some control over my weight. : )
- MF Meal #1 - 9am, Vanilla Creme Shake
- MF Meal #2 - 12pm, Chili with 2 TBS salsa
- Snack - 1:30pm, MF Ranch Soy Crisps
- MF Meal #3 - 3:30pm, Chocolate Pudding
- MF Meal #4 - 6:00pm, Lemon Fantasy Bar
- L&G - 8:00pm, 7oz. Tilapia & 1-1/2 cups sauteed yellow squash with onions.
- MF Meal #5 - 10:30, Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 80oz.
Tuesday, August 8th Day 10 - Still going strong! I've been having more of an urge to eat the forbidden foods these past 2 days: rice, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, baked french fries - all that bad stuff! I have resisted the urge though!! I vow to get all my extra baggage off without going off plan at all, without even one tiny bite of foods that are not on plan. The weight loss is not moving as quickly as I'd like. So far for week 2, I'm losing about .2 lb a day. Which is still a LOSS, but at this rate it'll take me 174 more days to lose the rest. LOL I hope it picks back up soon.

- MF Meal #3 - 1:45pm, Chicken & Rice Soup
- SNACK - 3:20 MF Apple-Cinnamon Soy Crisps
- L&G - 7:00pm Garden salad with 3.5 oz. chicken & 1 boiled egg; topped with 2TBS light ranch - I went too long in between meals and was super hungry so I ate my leftover squash & onions too, 1 cup.
- MF Meal #4 - 10:30, Dutch Chocolate Shake
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 48 oz.
* When I make it to 150 - I'm rewarding myself with a skirt from Libby Dibby - SO cute!! Just have to figure out what fabrics!
Wednesday, August 9th Day 11 - No weigh in today.
- MF Meal #1 - 8:30am, Orange Creme Shake
- MF Meal #2 - 11:30am, Chili with 2 T salsa
- MF Meal #3 - 2:00pm, Banana Pudding
- MF Meal #4 - 4:30pm, Vanilla Berry Oatmeal
- L&G - 7:30pm, Salad w/3.5 oz. chicken & 1 boiled egg; topped w/2 T Light Ranch
- MF Meal #5 - 10:00pm, Peanut Butter Bar
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 48 oz
Thursday, August 10th - Day 12, WOW what a crazy, hectic day. I was out & about from 7:30 - 2pm, BUT I stayed on plan! : ) I'll have to peek at the scale tomorrow to see where I'm at.

- MF Meal #4 - 9:30pm, Dutch Chocolate Shake
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 48 oz.
Friday, August 11th - Day 13 - Weight is still the same, no loss so far this week. : (
- MF Meal #1 - 10:00am, Vanilla Creme Shake
- L&G - 12:30pm, Grilled chicken salad with light Italian dressing. 1 egg
- MF Meal #2 - 3:00pm, Minestrone Soup
- MF Meal #3 - 5:00pm, Oatmeal Raisin Bar
- MF Meal #4 - 8:00pm, Dutch Chocolate Shake, w/1 tsp cocoa powder - YUMMY!! The best shake I've had.
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 48 oz.
Saturday, August 12th - Day 14, last day of week 2.
- MF Meal #1 - 8:00am, Strawberry Shake, much better the 2nd time around.
- MF Meal #2 - 11:30am, Oatmeal Raisin Bar
- L&G - green salad with light Italian, grilled chicken breast
- MF Meal #3 - 2:00pm, Dutch Chocolate Shake
- MF Meal #4 - 5:30pm, Chili
- MF Meal #5 - 8:30pm, Vanilla Creme Shake
- TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION: 40 oz.
