2nd month weightloss study results

So here are the measurements

Thighs- 25" to 21" to 23".. I still think she messed up the 1 month measurement on this one.

Waist- 44" to 42.25" to 40.25"

Hips- 48.75" to 45" to 43.25"

Bust- 44" to 43.5" to 42.75"

Calves- 14.75" to 14" to 14"

Arms- 13" to 12" to 12"

I have no idea what my body fat loss was but I only managed to save of just under 2 lbs in 1 month LOL woopsie!! Hopefully I can shave more pounds off next month.

Ok so here it is!!

Lost 3% body fat and a total of 7 lbs!!

Been MIA

  It has been quite some time since I have been on here.  I have to say over the summer I lost my motivation to continue losing weight.  Luckily the damage wasn't too horrendous.

  I had gained back about 7 or 8 lbs.  I just joined a gym about a month ago.  It is sort of like Curves but they have an infrared sauna thing that is supposed to help you lose more weight.  Honestly I don't see it.  I think I am definitely toning and losing.  So I am down 7 lbs in one month now but I still have about 2 more lbs to be back down where I was before I stopped caring.

  I get to do my remeasuring on Monday and I am very excited to see what kind of results I get as far as toning.  I really think I can see a difference in some areas.

Feeling a new surge...

So I think I am feeling strong and on track again.   It seems after a long break and really not gaining anything I am ready to try and see the scale drop again.

I was even strong enough to say no to Dairy Queen ice cream last night.  I knew I had my low fat stuff at home so I opted for that instead!!!

Sure would be nice to see 185!

Hmmmmm

Well honestly I haven't been eating well at all.  Somehow in a strange mysterious way I have managed to knock of some weight. 

Last night I went and got some more healthy food since we were lacking and I am going to get serious again.  At least till Tyler's bday on the 21st.  It would be nice to be a solid 12 by then...

I get so mad at myself

I seem to start out the day doing great.  I know what I should be eating.  I KNOW what it is.  Then I get home and it all flies out the window.  I am starving and don't care.. hmmm this looks good oh that tastes good.  I just don't stop myself then I feel guilty.

Well at least this weekend I have been pretty sick with a cold.  So my appetite was minimal.  I didn't eat good but really only ate a couple times a day so I think somehow I was lucky and didn't gain.  This morning I was down a couple lbs from last week but I am giving it till tomorrow morning to be sure.

I just have to push myself into going after it again.  I lost the fight I had in me somewhere.

Falling off the wagon alot!

So it seems I am havnig some touble sticking to things these days.  I have ganied a litle back.  Yesterday a whopping 2lbs but today I am about .8 over.  So that is some good news but was hoping by next week I would have been at least 180. 

Oh well just going to try and moveon and start trying hard to stick with things.  I am going to add a new face picture I took today.

wow I haven't been on a while!

Things are sort of in limbo.  I mean I have lost a smidge but nothing significant.

I find myself eating crappy on the weekends.  I am just not sure what my whole problem in life is.  I need to smack myself out of it and get back on track.

I am however doing more exercise some pilates thing I have but wow can't usually finish it.. it is rough stuff for sure.  I also go for my walks in the morning too so that is all good.

I am keeping my fingres crossed I managed to lose at least 1 lb!!!

I know it says I am down a bit but in all actuality I didn't log my weight last week on here and it was less.  OH well!!

Switching Weigh in days!

Well ... I decided maybe I woul kick my booty into gear if I went ahead and joined up on the 6 week challenge with the mommy board.

So I switched my weigh in from Wednesday to today.  I actually did like what I saw this morning though LOL.  Any loss is good to me!

I finally got over 30 lbs lost today.  yay!  Now just need to see my digits read 180's something.
