I have not updated in a long while but I still have been going and going. My MIL had to have open heart surgery and many other things I have been happening but I am still doing the living healthier thing and still planning on being 170 by the end of March. I have been trying some new classes lately. Last night I did a spin class for the first time and needless to say my bum is sooo sore today... tonight I am doing a step class I tried that for the first time last week and I actually liked it. So I have been doing that twice a week. I have been doing pretty good on my eating I do however need to drink more water. So I am working on that.
I cannot wait for spring to get here. The weather to be more stable so I can get outside and start doing more things. I am still trying to get in at least an hour of cardio 5-6 times a week. I am going to continue switching things up and hopefully I will see a big loss because I am keeping my body guessing.
Well that is the update I am going to try and be around more but I am not promising anything... I hope you guys are doing great and living healthy...

Step and spinning are my 2 cardio classes of choice. Hang in there with the spinning, it does get easier on the butt - though some people do bring padded seats to some of the classes I take. Personally, I find sitting farther back on the seat helps too - but find I tend to slide forward as the class moves on. Great stuff on mixing it up - not only does it help to confuse your body, but it also helps to keep you from getting bored with your workouts too. Try every class - you never know what you're going to like! :)
