Do you ever
feel like you just want to stop trying? I mean I have worked so far at this weightloss thing and being healthy. It takes alot of my time. I do not have alot of time to give as it is. I do like working out and being healthier but sometimes I want the time back that I have spent at the gym that day. At the end of the day I still have so many things I need to get done but still all I can think about is going to the gym the next day or the weight I want to lose.. losing the weight and being healthy takes alot of time. No I am not going to stop trying but just for today for this moment I wanted to give myself credit for how hard it is to change your life. Change is not easy but in this instance change is really good.. I am going now to do some crunches or something... physical...

I agree
I absolutely agree....it does take a lot of time. This is why so many give up before they've reached their goal. It is easy to get down about it. It's something that has to be worked on and hopefully, it won't drive you crazy. I suposse sometimes taking a break from it is helpful as well....sometimes we need a break from it without gaining it all back or anything but just not thinking about it so much. It's okay to have an off week I think.

Just look at that graph! wow! You are losing that weight pretty damn fast =) Just compare yourself to our graphs..you must be hella disciplined to have lost that much is so little time. xox You're an inspiration girl

I have had days like that too. But it will pass and you will realize just how great of a job you are doing!

I know how you feel!
I know how you feel. It does take a lot of work and time. Somedays I feel like I am never going to reach my goals. If we don't quit we will reach them. I didn't have time today to work out and eat healthy and I will just have to get back on track. You are doing great and what a big difference already
