So leaving the 190s feels great but reach the 170s will feel like over the top. I am looking forward to that. I really had myself convinced that this last week I was not going to lose any lbs, even though I was working really hard and staying on plan but in the end 3lbs is great. I usually do not focus on the number to measure my success but this last week for someone reason I was obsessed with the scale.. glad that is over.
A few people have asked about my workout plan so I will do a overview of what I usually do in a week. Here lately I have been doing cardio for at least 45-60 minutes at least 4 times a week. I do 100 crunches, 50 squats, and 25-50 push ups nightly while watching t.v. If I have time while my daughter is napping I will do a yoga or really any workout I DVR from FitTV that I find interesting. Really starting to enjoy this working out thing... hopefully it will continue... hope everyone is have a great week. I know I am.

Squats!
Squats suck! LOL! They work though. You are getting very close to the 170s. I know you can't wait to feel that high. Or, low, or whatever! Have a happy hump day!
I seriously need to start doing that. Your workout plan looks awesome, what kind of cardio do you do? (i know..me and my questions! lol) What about your daily calories? (here I go again..) I'm just so dang curious, I wanna be doing what you're doing..because..geeze..just look at those results! =D Good job girl

Hi there, I just stop by to say Hi, and cheer you on If you keep working out like you are you are going to make it. I know its hard to stay a way from the scale, I put mine a way for a month. Sometimes I tune into FitTv too. I like Gilad. Who do you like? I have some dvd's from him and I do them once in a while.
