My new doctor is really into giving yourself credit for the new healthy things that you are doing for yourself. So I got off work a little bit early so I started removing things like crackers, rice and pasta out of the kitchen. I got through three cabinets so go me.
I also made lunch for tomorrow which is grilled chicken, green beans and a big green goddess salad (baby steps). Am taking a pedometer to work with me and getting off the subway one extra stop early, so yay me.
It was nice to hear from some "buddies" on this site. I joined a new support group for PCOS chickies. My DH wants me to get a nanny bc as he is really wanting me to get healthy as is my momma:) Alright so I am giving myself a you go girly!!

I'm remembering more about it now I actually had skin thicken on my knees so I started trying to find what was causing it and PCOS came up and I started to freak out about it... But I really don't have any other symptoms so Ive kind of wrote it off for now. I don't know what your periods are doing but it said on there just dropping 10% of your body weight could restore them to normal. It's crazy what 10% can do. You can get awesome whole wheat bread now I've got it with flax seed in it and it's amazing the hubby is of course what the s*** is this but anyway that's a whole nother story :) Im so glad you are ready to fight this and not get down about it that's how that stuff takes over sometimes just people giving up and not fighting .
