Hello 30s physical

I am typing this up at work (on my lunch hour) because I have been so completely crazy busy. My weight has yo-yoed, call me Miss Boomerang. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and had a complete welcome to your 30s physical (they did a complete panel). I am going to be super honest here - my BMI is 38.2 and the doctor recommended low carbs and moderate excercise. My weight is at 235 and my BP is 120/70. We did a glucose test, thyroid, metabolic panel and one other test that escapes me at the moment.They should have all of the results next week and Sunday I start the new diet which is nothing crazy or off the  wall pretty standard stuff. I need to figure out which support groups to join or leave - its been so long since I have been here :)

Hey girl!

It's been awhile since I've been on this site as well!  Good the hear from you!  I hope all is going well!  I need to get back in the habit of posting regularly & keeping up with FIT (now known as - Love yourself) Not a lot going on there but I hope it'll pick back up with support more than challenges this time.  (((hugs))) hope everything comes back normal with your tests!

I'm trying to start over on here too .... when I first started here my bmi was 38 also I think I was 237. I've gotten it down to 33. I have a book that tells you how many calories your are supposed to take in. I tried to find websites but couldn't find crap. Anyway  When I stopped blogging my weight when up I was almost out of the 200's too! ahhhh anyway start posting again and yell at me if I miss a few days ha! I hope I talk to you soon!
