Day 16
So Since I restarted this whole thing I'm down 4.2lbs...for some you might be thinking ummm yeah that's not really a lot in the time it took but for others you are thinking sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet mother of god there is light at the end of the tunnel...and for that I have to say, yes there is light.
2lbs of that have been in the last 2 weeks with 1 weeks of HORRIBLE eating (like take out constantly - my mom was in the hospital) and the 2nd week I missed 3 days in a row of working out...sooooo had I of gotten all the days in and ate proper that first week it would have been even better.
So today is day 16 and I'll be working out later this evening as I find it's helping me sleep better, which I never thought I would say either....
YAY ME!
