Week 1, Day 5 today
So I am pretty damn pleased with myself. I'm on Week 1, Day 5 of my 9 weeks prep schedule for TurboFire...I'm happy that I made it over that 2 day hump.
I have a FT40 HRM watch that I bought by Polar as I have misplaced my F6 somewhere. It's really cool cause I can keep track of calories burned and how much in this zone or that zone and overall really cool. It keeps a log of all the information on the watch for me for something like 16 weeks total which I won't need as I'm also copying the info over into my own folder so that I can see the difference.
I also log my information on another website and my goal is to burn a little more every time I do the same workout again along the way. So if I do Fire 30 and burn 400 calories then I am aiming for 410 the next time as I'm just kind of starting so my intensity isn't where I'd love it to be but that's alright.
How's everyone else doing?
