That was yesterdays weigh in
So despite wanting to do it the same day every week, I haven't stuck to that. I will weigh in tomorrow morning just so that I'm back on track.
Good news I feel better today so I'm going to head to the gym when my hubby gets home. I'm also getting together my shopping list for my 'clean eating'. Even to change ONE thing about how I was eating before is PROGRESS and that's what I'm after. I know this is going to take awhile to get the eating habits where they should be, and I'm ok with that. It's one step at a time!
