Before After

And months and months...and months later!

So I step on the scale after almost 2 years, a car accident later, a 6 day a week to 0 time at the gym...to just plain feeling quite pathetic.

I just finished eating a Mirage bar...how to get passed this?

I reinstated my gym membership on Monday...and today is Friday...and I still haven't gone back...why? What is holding me back from this?

I picked up Tosca Reno's "Eat-Clean" Diet books today...why? Because I think of all the diets etc that I have been looking through over the last few months, this is the most NON diet of them all...it's simply a lifestyle change. Out with the crap and in with the fresh.

My holdback with this choice? I have a family of 5. A husband and 3 children ages 6 and under...and to have to 'clean out the closet' of all the processed and high sugar and completely unnutritional food is going to be very expensive...convenience does come at a cost and I am NOT implying that my health, and the health of my family, isn't worth this cost factor, it's making the transition over to it. I want to just go big or go home but to do that will cost a bunch up front and I just don't have this funding behind me to do it. Eating healthy and fresh can become just as expensive as fast food processed crap as well.

Tomorrow is the day...at least, tomorrow is the day to start back at the gym. I will most likely just be hitting the treadmill for some 5k jow/walk/run but it's a step in the right direction.

MOOD: So damn depressed
ENERGY: I don't have any!
