Week 1 - Off to a good start
I had a pretty good week for the first week. I didn't deviate from the supplied Lite 'n' Easy meal's at all. I did have a few alcoholic drinks over the weekend but kept to the low carb/cal beer and some burbon with Coke Zero and tried not to go to overbored.
I almost lost the plot on Saturday. Being valentines day I was a bit down (i'm single at the moment). To top things off I found out the girl I am keen on had received a big bunch of flowers from someone else (but that's a whole other story).
I was feeling down but decided instead of crashing out and ordering a pizza to jump on the cross trainer for a hour of cardio. I felt fantastic after that.
I had planned to try for 1-2 hours of Cardio a day, 5 days a week but haven't managed that. Over the week I think I managed 1 hour, 3 times. Hopefully I can pick that up a bit for week 2.
I jumped on the scales first thing this morning and was absolutely wrapped, 4kg for week 1, fantastic result - it was a real boost.
I had a quiet day work wise today so took myself for a 1.5hr walk this morning to kick off week 2.
Well on track!
