Long time no write!
Okay. So it has been a long, long while since I wrote anything on here. Not because I wasn't interested, but I really just didn't think that I had much to really put down. I've been bouncing back and forth in the 240's now for nearly a month, and I keep being on the verge of falling into the 230's but something comes up and I wind up going out to eat, or if we play a game or something, or, Like a few weeks ago, I went down to Gainesville for the Florida/So. Carolina football game (GO COCKS!) and wound up drinking a large amount of beer. That wasn't much good for the diet, but it's all good. Not like I have gone and gained back 100 lbs. I'm happy about how much I've lost so far, and look forward to losing that last 19 or 20 lbs.
I went jogging last night, and it was cold and kinda wet, so I didn't do the whole three miles. I'll probably wind up coming down with a cold because of it. When it's cold like that I really oughta just stay in the house and work out on the Gazelle I guess. In any case. We've been playing a lot of Ultimate Frisbee lately. Usually twice a week. Won't get to play this week, one it's Thanksgiving, and secondly, it's supposed to be fairly bad weather this week. Or at least until Thursday or Friday.
Wow, Thanksgiving is already here. Hard to believe that it has come this quickly. The holidays are a killer for the diet. I know that eating will be something I do Thursday, and probably Friday. Holidays. Man. I just really wanted to try and get into the 230s, but worst case scenario, I don't get into the 230's until next week, or next month. Not a huge problem. My goals, as stated before was to hit the 230's in November, and hit the 220's in December. I think that is still do able.
I'll try and do better to keep everything posted here.
