September 13, Update
I haven't updated here in a few weeks, and I guess that's cause I was trying to not weigh myself every day. Well, that's been fine and I haven't weighed myself until this morning. What I have come to realize, is when I am sticking to the diet, and weighing myself every day, I do lose weight, but here lately, for the last month or two, I have been stuck in the 250's and don't seem to be able to pull myself out of it.
I think what I want to do is go back to being completely strict with the diet and reach my goals.
In the 240's by October, and in the 230's by November, and hopefully, in the 220's by sometime in December. So here, there are nearly 15 days left in September, and I think that I can work myself down to below the 250 mark, if I am strict with myself.
I know I've done well with the diet, and I know there is no reason to stress about getting the weight off as quickly as I am trying to do it, but for 5 or 6 months, I was on a real roll with it, and now it just seems to have stopped, and I guess the issue is, that I don't want it to stop.
So here is my commitment. I am going to go walking/jogging at least three times a week (which means going to get a second pair of jogging shoes), and I am going to strength training to try and get rid of the flab around the belly. :)
So today is day one. I am going to record my weight and it will be recorded every day and keep track of my excersize and everything. There it is.
