Another Weigh-In Day
So let me just say that Sunday was a bad day, in that I ate a couple times, and then we didn't play volleyball very hard that afternoon, which was bad, in that we went out to eat afterwards. I had chinese. So Mexican at lunch, and then Chinese at dinner. So this morning, I feel like I finally worked all of that off. And here I am. Back at my lowest point so far on this diet. 255. Not bad. If I really started at 345 as my begining weight, that's 90lbs i've lost so far. It feels good.
What's great is that Tiff and I went walking/jogging last night, until a storm came up and we decided not to stand out there and get wet. Point is that I can tell when I'm jogging, that it isn't as much of a work out as it used to be.
I wonder what it would be like to add on another 20 to 40lbs and try and work out with that on. Or even to add that 90lbs back on and try and walk or jog with that on. Wow. I am sure that would be a huge difference. And I could tell it right away.
Well anyhow, I'm hoping that Tiff and I will maybe go jogging tonight. I don't think we have anyhting really planned for tonight, so that should work out well.
