New Day!
Ok, so I haven't logged on here, or really been very strict on the diet here lately. I guess during the holidays, I slacked off, and just sort of let things guy. I still have done my protein shakes, but I've also cheated a lot. I've not gained a lot of weight, I don't think, but I haven't done well losing much more. I'm not sure where I am at right now, but I am going to start keeping track. I know that on Sunday, the last time I weighed, I was at 253.5. I I am going to mark that down as my weight for now. I will weigh again on Sunday.
Reason for that is that I gave up weighing myself for Lent. I had become obsessed with it. I was doing it several times aday and it was what I thought about all the time. Not a good thing.
I certainly don't want to be weird about it, so I'm going to weigh myself every Sunday and mark the weight here.
