i didn't do good today. i have a cold and i just felt like food. eating it that is :P tomorrow my family has a christmas party and im not feeling too good about that either. Monday i start healthy weights so i will be doing better by then? i didn't want to post today because i see no point but i said i would so i did. ttyl

we don't have much to say but I find it best to still blog as it keeps you in a good habit. I can feel a cold coming on too!
Good luck at healthy weights on Monday! I wish we had it here.
There's not much worse than a cold to make you feel lousy and want nice food to make you feel better! I shouldn't worry too much today if I were you - start afresh when you wake up feeling better!

Don't be discouraged!
Don't be discouraged over little slip-ups. None of us are perfect, so we can't expect perfection in our diets all the time. It's always better to blog too, even if you are feeling bad, that way you are keeping yourself accountable! And we are here for ya!
