bad

 i didn't do good today. i have a cold and i just felt like food. eating it that is :P tomorrow my family has a christmas party and im not feeling too good about that either. Monday i start healthy weights so i will be doing better by then? i didn't want to post today because i see no point but i said i would so i did. ttyl

Challenges

 I had a bad night. I binged. I tend to only binge at night. I didn't work much for the past year so I had my days and nights mixed up.. that's part of the problem. This morning I decided it was a new day and I got right back on track. I am not going to put the calories from a binge into my food log. That just sets me up to do it again.

 I did pretty good today. I'm a bit overwhelmed because I started a new job today. More tomorrow.

* Oh by the way, did anyone watch Super Nanny tonight? The premiere? The second half made me SICK!

 I think I'm going to try to post every day. I'll see how it goes though. Today went very well. I ate 1408cal approx. which is very good for me and I can definetly lose weight on that. My motivation is very high. I'm watching biggest loser right now :P I hope everyone is doing well.

EXCITED!

 I'm so excited about starting this new 'lifestyle' on Jan 1st. I've been feeling like crap for quite a while now because of how I've been living. I'm going to (attempt to) make this blog a big part of my weight loss and healthy lifestyle. It really helped me last time I used it regularly. I really like how I can customize it now too. 

Here for another 110 pounds or so.

 I'm starting again on Jan 1 2008. I've gained back most of what I had lost but at least I'm not heavier than when I started last time! I am starting Healthy Weights (the lifestyle program) that week. I am going to listen to what they have to say and do it with less customizing than I'm sure I would like. I also paid for a 3 month subscription here. I plan on blogging very often. Having paid so much and having a nice blog will motivate me to do that. 

Just to catch you all up on what I've been doing, my photography has developed a lot. I'm doing quite a bit of work now. I have a studio set up in my basement. I start a new nanny job in January. I have 2 new nephews who were born in October and November.

I'm Back

So I haven't been here in forever. There are new templates! Nice! Although most of them are USA oriented which sucks for people not in the US. I'm currently doing the Healthy Weights program. It's good. I'm losing weight again. I'll write more later.

Ooh guess what! My sister is having a baby in about 5 weeks and my sister-in-law is due in December. Yayy! Now there will be 3 babies in the family! :D

Jenny Craig = Stupid

Since I only go to JC once a month now I have decided to post my weigh-ins from my home scale. My home scale is two pounds higher than the JC scale which is what I had been using. So I am trying to change my start weight to two pounds higher. I changed it on my weight log thingey but it's not showing up on my stats in my blog. AHHH! Help! I am just so frusterated right now.
