Having a Hard time....

But I'm still here still alive. Trying to get through the holidays without gaining anymore. I seldom get on the scale, but when I do I'm am not feeling what I see.... But I am not discouraged.

My mantra is still 39 and FINE 40 and FABULOUS.

My stomach doesn't seem like it's working like it should.. I think there are some diogestion issues going on and quite frankly if I'd just listen to my stomach I would be ALOT better off.

Oh honey -- Everyone is having a hard time. I had a hard 3-4 years, but I've returned, and I am hoping you and I can reconnect. You were always there when my chin was down. I wish I could do something for you.

The good thing about losing weight is that it is never too late to start over. this can be your year to reach your goal. you dont have that much weight to lose. i hope that you come back and blog again. have a great day!
