Not too cheery Im afraid
Starting out..….How many times have I started a diet now? Too many times to list here, but enough to make me doubt if I’ll do it this time.
I suppose the only difference is that I am doing it more for health reasons than anything else, I want to feel healthier and fitter, I want to be around for my 2 girls.
I recently started at Weightwatchers 3 weeks ago and have not stuck to it rigidly at all, however, I have managed to lose 9lbs.
I wish I could stick to doing the Cambridge Diet as the losses are fast and amazing so long as you don’t lip up, I lost nearly 4st in 2.5 months but cocked up and the rest is on my hips!
I currently weigh 20st 7lbs and am a size 24/26 and I hate it!!! I suffer from all sorts of health problems, which although not life threatening and probably trivial, add up to a load of hassle for me. The worst thing at the mo is a kind of IBS and the excruciating pain in my shins. The latter and back pain being the main reason I am trying to lose weight for good.
I am at work just now and am going off for a week so I wont be writing anything for a while. Hopefully, I’ll be cheerier on my return!!
