Got on the scale this morning and found 3.4 lbs. gone!
It's working! Yay!

to work on that also. I find it so hard. I know how important rest is and a schedule because I do it with my children but it has not carried over into my sleep pattern. I am goign to work on that this week also.. thanks for the motivation...
