My little one has to go back in for surgery on Thursday. I'm stressed out again. I lost 1 pound this week. I know that's better than gaining but I could have done better. I 'started' this week and I'm craving all kinds of bad stuff. Like I said...I could have done much better. It's really hard for me to get on here and write so I would like to say sorry. I've made it this far!!! Things are getting easier. I am on 37.5 mg of phen and I take it in the morning after breakfast. I find myself getting pretty hungry by dinner time. That is the hardest time for me. Has anyone out there tried taking half the pill in the morning and the other half after lunch? I'm wondering if that would help any. So far I've lost 8.5 pounds but I don't think I &quot;look&quot; any lighter. I'm trying not to get discouraged. I know that these things take time. I'm also trying real hard to walk atleast 4-5 times a week. Each walk is 2 miles and it takes me a total of 30 mins. I've always had a problem with patience. I want to see results &quot;NOW&quot; and I want the results to be big and blow me away. I really need to chill out. Anyone out there have this problem? How is everyone doing with their weight lose? I still haven't had a soda or sweet tea in over 2 weeks. Water is my new best friend. I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 6.5 pounds in a week. That is pretty good. Ofcourse I wanted to lose more like people do on &quot;The biggest loser&quot; show but let's be real here. I only managed to go out walking once last week. I would have like to have done more but I had a lot going on with my youngest needing medical attention. Today is only Tuesday and I've already been out walking twice this week. I hope to keep it up. I go for about 30 mins to 45 mins. No music or company...just by myself. I actually like going alone. It's nice to get away from the kids and just think and enjoy nature. <br /><br />I also have had 64 ounces or more of water a day. Today is my first day to have a soda and I made it a diet one. Yuck! I hate diet soda. I just needed some caffeine for my headache. I'm having trouble with my sinuses due to me walking outside and &quot;enjoying&quot; that nature. Oh, well. <br /><br />I'm glad that my first week went well. So I totally wrote stuff the other day. I don't know what happened. I guess it didn't post. Anyway, this is what's going on. I took my kids in for their &quot;well baby&quot; check ups on Tuesday and we were told that we needed to go to Children's Hospital for my youngest (7 months). He was scheduled for surgery the next day. When I am stressed...I eat. I actually didn't this time. Maybe cause of the phen...I wasn't hungry. Surgery day comes and I not in the room waiting like i should. I'm in the cafeteria! I tried to be good and I just got a banana and an orange juice. Not bad. Then after the surgery was over he was ok. He was more than ok. He was cooing, blowing bubbles, smiling. I was so happy. Then I wanted to go out to eat to celebrate. Do we turn to food during every emotion? It's crazy. All is good today. Stress levels are back to normal and I'm still on phen, still drinking tons of water (no sodas) and eating good. I haven't exercised much this week. I did really good today. I walked for about 45 mins at a moderate pace. I have had no soda and six 8 ounces of water. The night isn't over so hopefully I'll get my &quot;8&quot; in before bed.
