Made it
Yesterday was my 2 weeks. I've made it this far!!! Things are getting easier. I am on 37.5 mg of phen and I take it in the morning after breakfast. I find myself getting pretty hungry by dinner time. That is the hardest time for me. Has anyone out there tried taking half the pill in the morning and the other half after lunch? I'm wondering if that would help any. So far I've lost 8.5 pounds but I don't think I "look" any lighter. I'm trying not to get discouraged. I know that these things take time. I'm also trying real hard to walk atleast 4-5 times a week. Each walk is 2 miles and it takes me a total of 30 mins. I've always had a problem with patience. I want to see results "NOW" and I want the results to be big and blow me away. I really need to chill out. Anyone out there have this problem? How is everyone doing with their weight lose? I still haven't had a soda or sweet tea in over 2 weeks. Water is my new best friend.
