Astounding so far....
Okay...I am on a positive losing roll: Between Day 1(Sun.) and Day 2 (Mon.) , I lost 3.1 lbs; the morning of Day 3 (Tues.), I lost 1.2 more: now it is Wednesday morning and I just hopped off the scale. 1.9 pounds less! This makes a total of 6.2 pounds! I have been on a very low calorie diet between these four weigh-ins...Just under 1000 calories. I know I won't be able to maintain this, but if I can learn from the habits I am creating, with the help of an appetite suppressant, and begin to work in a regular exercise routine...I may be able to do it. My goal for this week is ten pounds. That would truly be extraordinary. I don't know if it is possible, but I am likeing the feel of this challenge.
