Bloody rain!

They were forecasting huge storms for yesterday afternoon/evening, with severe storm warnings. Because of this, I couldn't do my regular evening walk around the lake... but it didn't even end up raining! They're forecasting big storms for the next couple of days. It's so inconvenient!

I did a second ride on my stationary bike last night to make up for it (I do 20+ minutes in the mornings). 25 minutes and 11.2 kms.

BUT I also woke up late this morning so couldn't get my MORNING ride in. I'm only a week or so in to this. I can't be slipping already!

Way to go.  You had a back up plan with the bike even though it rained.  Sometimes, we just have to be flexible with our workouts.  Hey, you overslept ONE day.  Tomorrow, you'll be up and at 'em bright and early, right?  Don't give up!  You can do this!

You have had a few bad days, you can get back on track!!!!!!!!

you're not slipping

Don't give up on yourself--so you couldn't get your walk in--you made up for it by riding your bike--you are not slipping!  You can do this.....
