6 pounds GONE!
Alright so in the past couple of weeks I've managed to shed about 16 pounds which is primarily water weight. I don't ever get discouraged that it's water weight because that's good for me to get that off and the scale is going backwards. Over the weekend I did slip. On Saturday I ate a couple of slices of pizza and on Sunday I had some green beans (no no on low carb). However, I didn't eat past 7 still and I continued to exercise and drink a ton of water so I still lose weight. I know now how I felt after eating the pizza on Saturday and I don't want that to happen again. That stuff just isn't good for you! So this week I started great! I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had seasoned naked chicken tenders with no sauce. Delicious with ZERO carbs! For breakfast this morning it will be salmon and water. Lunch will be grilled chicken and steamed broccoli. Dinner will probably consist of leftovers from lunch. I try to keep is as simple as possible. I will check in at the end of the week. I make it a point not to blog everyday!
