Motivation
Alright, so I drank more water yesterday than I have in a while. That's a start right? The problem, yesterday, was my eating. I went way off. However, I'm not going to beat myself up like I normally do. I'm just going to be better today. Today, I am hardcore starting up again. I'm setting my mind to it.
I CAN DO THIS!
Drink LOTS of WATER
Stay away from SUGAR
Eat that PROTEIN (and lower FAT-INTAKE)
Go EXERCISE!
I think those are 4 things I can do.

I am ready. I can do it. I'm starting. I have a tangible goal...10%. I can do that.

first WI
alright, so i started WW last wed. i had my first WI today and i lost 3 lbs! i am excited! some of it might be due to the fact that it was TOM last week, but i dont care. a loss is a loss and this is a great start! this week i really want to stay OP....
i will drink 120 oz of water...
i will exercise daily (elliptical/30 min at least 4 times this week)...
i will stay within my daily points range...
i will eat salads and veggies...
i will not eat sugar...
...
okay, i think that is enough goals for the week
here's to 3 pounds!
