20 lbs GONE

As of this morning, we have been at our lifestyle change for 12 weeks.


To show for it:

N has lost 20 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started @ 260, and is now @ 240!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B has lost 29 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started @ 230, and is now @ 201!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're VERY excited. <3

Weigh In 8/21/10

We have been sticking to our weigh loss program! 2000 calories a day or less and working out every day, except we did add Wednesday as our "rest day" from the gym, as it will start getting extremely busy for us starting tomorrow (our last year of college starts Monday).


On our weigh in, (8/21/10) it showed:

B = 211 (a total loss of 19 lbs. in 7 weeks)

N = 246 (a total loss of 14 lbs in 7 weeks (N = on her period)

We're now seeing a nutritionist... and N is hoping to be down 20 lbs (only 6 more lbs to go!) by her birthday (Sept. 14) and B is hoping to be down 25 lbs (only 6 more lbs) by N's birthday as well. :)

Weigh In 8-7-10

B lost 4 lbs. this week, making his total weight loss thus far (5 wks) @ 17 lbs, his current weight being: 213!
 
N lost 1 lb. this week, making her total weight loss thus far (5 wks) @ 13 lbs, her current weight being: 247!

Weigh In Results - We're Disappointed

So we both weighed in this morning and are totally disappointed.
 
B lost 1.5 pounds in 2 weeks
N lose 2.5 pounds in 2 weeks
 
B is now = 218.1
N is now = 249.6
 
discouraged.... =/

Tomorrow is our weigh in! It has been 2 weeks since we've weighed in, and 4 weeks since we started this. B hopes to lose 4 pounds or more, and N hopes to lose 6 pounds or more! If we both lose what we hope (which we still hope is more), then we will both be at a 15 pound weight loss in 4 weeks, which we would be EXTREMELY happy about.
 
We're going to be out of town tomorrow, but next time I post (maybe Sunday), I'll update everyone on how we did!

July 23rd-July 25th

So, this weekend N went out of town with some girlfriends for a night, and boy was it HARD to stay within her caloric limit for the day... but she did it! With the help of B checking online for calorie counts at home via the internet. Amen to that!

Here are our calories in and our calories burned for the last couple of days:

B burned = 850 calories

N ate = 1950 calories
B burned = 700 calories

July 24th:

B ate = 2005 calories
B burned = 510 calories

N ate = 2155 calories

July 25th:

B burned = 700 calories

N ate = 1970 calories
N burned = 700 calories

B had 2070 calories

B had 1670 calories
B burned 610 calories

N had 1800 calories
N burned 580 calories

July 22nd

B had 2150 calories

N had 2120 calories
N burned 500 calories

*This weekend might be a little high for us, as N is going out of town on Friday night with some girlfriends and B is hanging with the guys. But... that's alright!*

*We also decided to wait until July 31st to weigh ourselves again. As of July 31st, it will be 4 weeks since we started. N's goal is to lose 6 pounds and B's goal is to lose anything more than 4.*

Hello! We were ready to change our lives... so we jumped right in with two feet. We try and not eat more than 2000 calories a day. We also go to the gym at least 1x a day. Our starting Stats:

N= 260
B= 230

Within two weeks, and our most current stats are:

B= 219
