WHIT---WOOOOOO.......

Lost 1.5lbs at wi on wednesday nite....chuffed to bits as my scales was showing i weighed 2lbs heavier on the nite from the morn. So fingers crossed wed wi gonna be my saviour to losing this weight!!!!

Off to Edinburgh with Hubby today...booked into gorgeous restaurant,steak house called Buffallo Grill tonite. So gonna spoil meself tonite (had  no treat after wi wed) with a scrummy steak and sauce!!!! Hoping all the walking we do sightseeing(walking from pub to pub..lol) will work off some of the extra pts i will be having!!!

Get home sunday lunchtime, back on track then. So got 3-4 days to pull back on the pts and hopefully sts or lose!!!!

 

 

Feeling very positive today.....

 

Had sneaky wi( i know naughty and not wi at home for months) but showing a loss!!! So hoping to lose at class tomorrow. Mind you changing from morning wi to evening so not sure how that works with scales 1st week!!!!
 
Really enjoying the fruit salads i'm making, tending to snack on them too!!!

Big decision....

 

Put on a 1lb last week........so decided to go with my mum and sister to there ww class. Hoping them will spur me on a bit!!!!
So getting weighed on wed nites now,so gives me a iccle more longer to put right from the weekend!!!!LOL
Also bought new bikini at the weekend.......boy have i been good since seeing meself in the mirror with that on.

So far so good this week....

 

Had brill ww week so far....off to local whacky and driving...instead of the usual bottle of rose!!!!
Got friends coming tomorrow...so saving me pts for then....so rose will have to wait till tomorrow....!!!!!
 
Feeling "slimmer" today so thats helping me to be good too!!!

Scrummy tea........

 

Bought a NEW slow cooker yesterday...so today i cooked CHICKEN TIKKA MASSALA.  Drove me mad all day stewing in the crock pot!!!! Well it was delicous....hubby was well impressed!!!
 
So tomorrow nite its beef stew in it(me at work tomorrow and friday) and on friday gonna make "chunky chilli"!!!!
 
Had good ww day...made some fairy cakes for olivia( i had one 2.5pts) and scone sfor me, 2pts!!!!
 
Sat stuffed after my curry.....very proud it turned out ok...as wasn't sure if cocnut milk would have curdled in it!!!!
 
Made some cauli cheese soup yesterday for my lunches at work tomorow and fri...tastes delicous and only @ 2pts per serving!!!
 
Hers to another good loss this week...hoping this blog gonna keep me motivated to shift this flab!!!!
7 weeks tonite want 11 lbs off at least...wish me luck

Well here goes to losing this flab....

I joined weightwatchers(ww) 3 yrs ago this valentines. I lost 2st in 7mths...got to goal 12st in sept. I mainted 12st till after xmas, was so happy to be "thin" again. Then we went on holiday after xmas,i put on @ 5lbs. But again maintained that for @ 6mths.

Then for some unknown reason i slowly started to put the weight on, got to 13st then 13st 7lbs....till after numerous rejoinings at ww... i rejoined online on New Years eve 2008...and had my 1st wi at class on January 6th 2009. All 14st 1.5lbs 0f me!!!!!!

I was ww angel 1st week...lost 5LBS....then fell off ww wagon 2nd week(still don't know why) and put on 3lbs!!!!
3rd wi(this week) i lost 2.5lbs...so back on track!!!!
 
I am gonna lose this weight and keep it off this time.......I WILL BE SLIMMER FOR MY 40TH!!!
 
1st goal is to be 13st for holiday in march(7 weeks).
2nd goal is to be 12st 7lbs by my 40th in September....hopefully before then...LOL!!!
 
I've done this before and i WILL do it again!!!
 
Bought new slow cooker today....gonna use that a lot in next few weeks...chilli,currys and stews!!! MMMMMMM
