First of all, thank you to Del for telling me about this fabulous site!! I am so excited about this site and how it is going to help me in my weight loss journey.

I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember.  I was always the chunky kid in school.  I wasn't obese, just a bit bigger than the other girls.  As I got into high school, I proportioned out... but I was still bigger than everyone else.  When I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment, I slowly started putting on weight.  From 1993 - 1994 I probably put on 20 pounds.  Which wasn't too bad, but I could tell a difference in how I was feeling about my self and my appearance.  After I had both of my boys, I was (and still am) the heaviest that I have ever been.  I don't know what happened... well I do, but it took me a long time to admit it.  I have tried every diet known to man, but they all failed.  Not because they didn't help me lose weight, but because I lost motivation and became lazy.  If I had an off week, I would just lose all hope and just give up.  The will power just was not there.  I have now decided that I have to do this.  Me losing weight is no longer an option, its a necessity.  If I want to see my boys grow up, I have to do this.

With the support of my friends and family, I know that I will succeed   I hope that you will join me on my journey and I know that I will have a happy ending this time.

Yay sis!

I know you can do it hun, if I can get myself motivated most days to go out for a walk for a mile or two I know you can too!  I even got my hubby on here and motivated!!  He's been jogging 4 days now... that's something for someone who hasn't been doing anything at all !
