Goals http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/214512/goals <p>I just posted my september goals in the 100lbs to lose group.&nbsp; I know I will not be able to keep all of them.&nbsp; If I can consistantly keep up with 1 all month, I will be happy.&nbsp; I don't want to overlaod myself with so much stuff that I get frustrated, so if I can do 1 this month, then slowly move up to 2 and so on, I will be happy and I, hopefully, will be able to maintain this time.&nbsp; I think I might go back to weight watchers.&nbsp; I lost about half of my goal weight back then, then plan DID work for me, but I swear I must have ADD because I get bored with everything after a while, and I stopped that and now I want to kick myself because of it.&nbsp; I could have been at my goal weight years back, and maybe would have maintained it, but instead of that, I stopped, gained all the weight back plus 10 pounds!&nbsp; ARGH!&nbsp; The only reason I haven't joined yet is because of the money.&nbsp; It adds up going to the meetings every week...BUT you've got to take the good with the bad.&nbsp; Plus I think my job offers a discount on the meetings, its worth a shot if it worked back then for me.</p> <p>Good luck to me with my goals, and to everyone else who has set goals for themselves this month.</p> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/214512/goals">Comments(1)</a> 214512 Saturday, December 9, 2006 00:02:21 Slipped only a little bit http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/213728/slipped-only-a-little-bit I was doing pretty well all day today, till dessert!&nbsp; Rather than NOT having any dessert, or having like a little scoop of ice cream, I filled a bowl!&nbsp; I can't expect miracles over night, and the fact that I watched what I ate and told myself no to everything but the ice cream today is a good start!&nbsp; I usually come home from work and snack on junk food, today I had broccoli and toast.&nbsp; Better than chips, so I'll count this as a positive move.&nbsp; <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/213728/slipped-only-a-little-bit">Comments(0)</a> 213728 Thursday, December 7, 2006 21:00:22 Gotta get my head in the game http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/213014/gotta-get-my-head-in-the-game I just got home from a beach wedding.&nbsp; It was an awesome time, and I had a great time, but I wasn't happy at all with the way my dress looked on me.&nbsp; It rolled up on the sides and left a bunch at the back.&nbsp; I was worried about it all night and couldn't stop thinking about it!&nbsp; It's time I do something about this weight for good!&nbsp; I am not happy with it, it does nothing for me...but I can't seem to stick with any diets or anything!&nbsp; It's getting so frustrating to me.&nbsp; I know I can't wake up tomorrow and be skinny, but I just want to wake up tomorrow and have a different view mentally with everything.&nbsp; Its like I KNOW what needs to be done, but I just can't seem to figure out how to stick with it!&nbsp; I seem to just give up!&nbsp; I love food, and that's what makes it so hard.&nbsp; I don't want to miss out on anything.&nbsp; I need to just get it in my head that this is going to be best for me and that I will be so much happier if I get over the bumps along the way.&nbsp; <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/213014/gotta-get-my-head-in-the-game">Comments(0)</a> 213014 Thursday, December 7, 2006 22:09:12 I'm slacking http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/53186/im-slacking Only with blogging!&nbsp; Im still keeping up with my exercise and all that.&nbsp; Ive been so busy that I havent felt in the mood to type.&nbsp; Ive been pretty good this week.&nbsp; I went out to dinner the other night and ordered my &quot;usual&quot; but only ate half of it, and had the other half for lunch today!&nbsp; Im pretty proud of myself for that!&nbsp; I used to eat the whole thing AND order dessert.&nbsp; I even said no to dessert!&nbsp; And its 'that time of the month&quot; so Im even more impressed with myself for that one!&nbsp; Im still pretty sure Im up about a pound, Im not too worried.&nbsp; Im bloated and feel like Im retaining about a gallon of water!&nbsp; Next week ill be back to normal.&nbsp; Im kinda craving my usual chocolate/peanut butter.&nbsp; But im not INHALING them like I would have.&nbsp; I have a chocolate pudding (fat free) as a snack, and&nbsp; either peanut butter crackers or a few peanut butter filled pretzels and im good.&nbsp; Tomorrow I will know for sure, but I wouldnt be upset or shocked if I were a pound up.&nbsp; Tomorrows another day and the start of a new week, so I will go from there and continue on my journey to a skinner and healthier me! <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/53186/im-slacking">Comments(1)</a> 53186 Tuesday, December 6, 2005 22:07:16 4 pounds gone http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/51068/4-pounds-gone Well this week I lost 4 pounds (so thats the 2 i gained last week plus another 2).&nbsp; Im pretty excited about it.&nbsp; I felt better about it than last week.&nbsp; I just have to keep my positive attitude up and keep reminding myself why im doing this, and I know ill make it.&nbsp; Im more comfortable with watching what im eating and all that, its getting easier.&nbsp; ever exercise im starting to get more comfortable with!&nbsp; I never thought THAT would happen! <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/51068/4-pounds-gone">Comments(1)</a> 51068 Tuesday, December 6, 2005 22:01:22 Still going http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/49465/still-going <p>Im still going, I havent given up.&nbsp; Last week was a bad week for me (personal stuff), but its in the past so Im not going to dwell on any of that.&nbsp; I did gain 2 pounds, but im working this week on getting rid of them.&nbsp; My head is a little clearer and Im able to pay more attention to things and focus (I swear sometimes I think I have ADD I just lost focus ALL the time).</p> <p>Tuesday is my moms birthday (my brothers is monday) and we are all going out to dinner.&nbsp; Heres where I always have issues!&nbsp; We are going to California Pizza Kitchen.&nbsp; I have never had anything from there, but I have tried some of their frozen pizzas, they are good!&nbsp; I dont want to get a salad or anything like that, I want a pizza, at least a slice.&nbsp; I guess I will have to watch my points and exercise lots this week to make sure I dont gain.&nbsp; I dont even know points wise or anything about their food.&nbsp; So I guess I'll just have to guess.&nbsp; Plus for birthdays you know everyone always has to have cake.&nbsp; They arent getting cake, just dessert at the restaurant, so maybe i just wont get anything.&nbsp; That, too, will be hard for me to say no to, I love sweets!&nbsp; Oh well, I would say i could have 1 cheat day, but I already had that this week, so I have to have good days the rest of the week.&nbsp; Im just not going to stress the little things anymore.&nbsp; I will do what I can every week, a pound or 2, either way is ok.&nbsp; Hopefully&nbsp; less, not more.&nbsp; Thanks again to everyone for &quot;listening&quot; to me.</p> <p>Aimee</p> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/49465/still-going">Comments(2)</a> 49465 Tuesday, December 6, 2005 23:06:22 Not sure this week... http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/48700/not-sure-this-week I had 2 slip up days back to back, that ive been trying to recover from the past 3 days.&nbsp; Im not sure if ive lost any weight this week, I actually think I might have gained some.&nbsp; Which sucks!&nbsp; I totally slacked on everything sunday and monday, and since I weigh in tomorrow, Im pretty sure Im not going to have a good result.&nbsp; I knew as soon as I went back to work I was going to have problems sticking with this.&nbsp; I have support from my friends and family, so i know i CAN do it, but I think my mind is sleeping and isnt paying any attention to what needs to be done.&nbsp; As usual I started so motivated, now Im getting over it.&nbsp; I have to change my mindset so I can overcome this set back.&nbsp; I know it took me a long time to get to this point, so i cant expect a miracle and have my mind and body used to this over night.&nbsp; mentally, &nbsp;I get all that, but i dont know if the rest of me is ready to get it.&nbsp; oh well, tomorrow is another day and the start of another week for me, so good result or not, im gonna start fresh tomorrow. <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/48700/not-sure-this-week">Comments(2)</a> 48700 Tuesday, December 6, 2005 23:03:17 4.5 pounds... http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/46588/45-pounds ARE GONE!&nbsp; Wohoo!&nbsp; I lost 4.5 pounds!!!&nbsp; Ok, so I know you usually lose about that much the first week or so, but still its 4.5 pounds either way you lood at it! <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/46588/45-pounds">Comments(2)</a> 46588 Wednesday, December 7, 2005 00:07:10 Back to work http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/46458/back-to-work I went back to work yesterday after being off for just about a week.&nbsp; And thats the same time ive been doing my lifestyle change.&nbsp; It was hard sticking with it the past 2 days at work.&nbsp; I managed to stick within my points the past 2 days, which im shocked about to be honest.&nbsp; I changed my WI day, it was saturday, but fridays are easier for me so I will find out tomorrow how I really did.&nbsp; Its been kind of hectic the past few days so Im kind of scared, I dont feel like Ive lost anything at all.&nbsp; Ive been exercising 1 way or another every day, even if its just walking around the block for 20-30 minutes, its more than I was doing 2 weeks ago.&nbsp; Even if i havent lost any weight this week, I have still gained the motivation to get up and go! <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/46458/back-to-work">Comments(0)</a> 46458 Wednesday, December 7, 2005 00:06:22 Went way over today http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/45719/went-way-over-today <p>Well, just as i expected, I went way over my WW points today.&nbsp; I went 10 over!!!&nbsp; I knew I shouldnt have, but it was hard with everything that was being served.&nbsp; I have been really good since I started, so Im not going to beat myself up over this (especially since I knew it was going to happen).&nbsp; Im going to work out for a little while.&nbsp; I actually used my Gazelle for 30 minutes (straight)yesterday, I went 2 miles.&nbsp; Im going to keep track and see how fast I can do 2 miles.&nbsp; Its pretty easy for me to do the gazelle, I just watch tv or a movie and usually dont know how long ive done it for...i just have to get my speed up to burn off more calories.</p> <p>I hope everyone had a good holiday!</p> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/autmwillow/comments/45719/went-way-over-today">Comments(1)</a> 45719 Wednesday, December 7, 2005 00:04:21
