FAT DAY!

day 9 was a really fat day....i have at least 1800 calories...

day 10 was good...900 cal

and today... which is day 11....i have a big dinner again....and some chocolate..so its  200 fruits 200 rice 600 beef (so much....) 232 chocolate....so totally.....1232....

i weight like 53kg this morning..but since i have so much today..i dont know if i can keep the weight down....!!!

fighting..not giving up this time!

it has been a year.....i m BACK!

its the 9th day of my new diet....

same method as one year ago....keep an eye on the calories, every day 800-1200 calories!

day 1. 1100 cal

day 2. 956

day 3. 1120

day 4. 800 (big sucess)

day 5. 970

i have lost only 1 kg so far.....my target is 49.5 kg..i hope this will work again.

and its 52-53kg today!!!!! but i didnt feel i look slimmer tho!!!!lol

hope i can get less than 50kg soon!!!

i have been stick to this diet for 4 days now..i remeber last time i stick to a diet around 800 cal per day i was like lose a pound per single day........

but now it seems it doesnt work on me any more i stick to aroud 800 cal for 3 days and its the 4th day now...the scale didnt go down.....

life seems realli sucked lately.......i feel realli realli bad i didnt stick to my diet a mouth ago and i agained all the pounds i lost back......and i was like out of controllllll.....

 its the 3rd day i officailly get back my diet..................

its really hard...

211 cal soup

60 cal vegs

30 cal jelly

100 cal bread

so far 401 calories...

today is the 2nd day i get my diet on track...

things are not bad today:

210 cal weightwatcthers biscuit

200 cal watermelon

200 vegs

30 suger free jelly

totally 640ish cal

but i still weigh in the same tho...i know i have to wait and cant blame anything now.....

i will stick to it...

i havent rewritten my coursework yet...

i actually stated dieting again yesterday, but i drunk lots alchol so i think it didnt count...and once again i have to say thank u to my bf coz he supports me alot!

and bad news is i have to rewrite my coursework to get my degree...its a disaster for me as well.....whenever i feel stressed i would eat lots and smoke a lot too but i should get my self-control back now...if i can quit smoking i can keep my dieting on track as well.....(i already didnt smoke for a while now..)
