Before After

I am back (I think)

I am back.  I haven't blogged in almost two months.  I get distracted trying to figure out Spark and then get mad and get off the net and don't make it to EP.  So here I am.  I need to figure a better way to track my weight.  SO far I can only track it once a month when I go to the doctor.  I may have to break down and actually buy a scale.  YIPES!  I can;t believe I am thinking about that.  I would never have considered even thinking about maybe looking into it before.  Now I have actually been checking prices.  Wally world has some at reasonable prices.  Or rather they are cheap enough to be in my price range.  So I might be doing that in June.  Not much else to blog for now so I am bloging off I guess that is what it is called.
Bye

.....

Well, welcome back and thanks for stopping by my blog.  I say get the scale.  Don't be a slave to it, but it would help in measuring your progress.

Now...chai... it's pretty much spiced tea.  It comes in bags or concentrate, which is a liquid.  No there is no coffee flavor.  I abhor coffee.  Haha!

Protein powder... well, you can use for all kinds of things.  You can use it in a shake/smoothie to get more nutrition out of it.  You can put it on oatmeal to add protein to your morning.  It comes in natural (Plain) flavor or an assortment of other flavors.  Depends on what your needs are.  Some have funky chalky aftertastes.  Okay, most do.  Protein is essential in rebuilding your muscles after a workout.  It's just an "easy" way to get in some protein.

I'm doing Body for LIfe and you eat six small meals a day.  Sometimes that's hard to plan and pack for.  So these protein shakes are just an easy way to get a meal in!

Hope that helps!
