whoo-hoo!
i lost 4 pounds this week! gotta love how the first week back is always a good loss!
the class at the gym yesterday was awesome! excellent workout! it's basically a free form - we warmed up using some BodyCombat and then we ran around the gym complex... back door to back door is .5 a mile - then we did some mountain climbers - up downs - kettle ball - medicine ball - biscepts - jumping over a cone - and sprints.... i think thats it. i'm feeling it today! and it's great!
we have to go to DH grandparents today - he has to replace the lightbulb in the headlight of their VW bug... i'll have to bring my book to read.
so this means i won't be able to make it to the gym today.... but depending on the weather up there.... maybe i'll take the dogs for a walk up the mountain to get some activity in!
okay well i need to get off here - read some blogs and then get dressed so we can head up the mountain!
