enjoying not working!
well - today eating hasn't been that great... for brunch (i slept in) i had mini wheats, for dinner i had 3 perogies and green beans.... now for the bad stuff - ate a couple small brownies (at least they are gone now!) a coke and I've eaten some cheese balls oh and i had a smirnoff green apple with dinner.... i HAVE to get my eating under control!
i have a hard time staying on track when on break.... i am going to the gym tomorrow evening... i am going to the gym tues. evening and wednesday evening! thursday and friday i'll have to figure out what to do since they don't have any classes.... i should run on the treadmill since i'm going to do another 5k.... yes i did a 5k back in november. i finished in 40 min.... i think i could have done better - but i stuck with the other people i was with and we ran a min - walked a min.... for the most part. my goal is to run the entire time.... this race is the beginning of march.
it feels good to be back bloging again - i know this is only my second post... i'm trying to catch up with some of my EP friends - just reading past blogs... i know i can't completely catch up.... but it's nice to read what everyone has been up to...
