T - 2 days...
...until the big move! kitchen is almost packed - i'll get it finished here in a little bit. i took a little break to head over to WW and i just finished lunch and now i'm watching DOOL (days of our lives) - i'll get back to packing when it's done.
WW... loss of 2.2.... i have hit 45 pounds off with WW! (45.6 to be exact!) i continue to lose about 1.8 pounds a week.... still .2 off of my goal of 2 pounds a week... but pretty close to it.
let's look back at june...
JUNE
I WILL GO TO THE GYM 6 DAYS A WEEK - i think i did pretty good with this - i only missed when i was away - up in MD/PA visiting friends ![]()
I WILL EAT ON PLAN - but will allow for an off plan day once in a while - again i did okay - not as good as the goal above - it was harder to get back on my plan after being back from my little vaca!
I WILL LOOK AT MYSELF AND SEE THAT I AM BEAUTIFUL - yes!! ![]()
I WILL WEAR THE NEW SHORTS THAT I BOUGHT AT OLD NAVY - they are size 12, i can actually get them on - but they are still tight. - i don't quite think that they fit exactly right yet... still a little too snug - but we are getting closer.
I WILL BE AT MY SECOND GOAL THIS MONTH - ANOTHER 10% OFF! - yes... hit this back on the 17th ![]()
so i didn't do too bad for the month of june... now let's look ahead to the month of july...
JULY
I WILL DRINK MY 2 WATER BOTTLES EACH DAY (64 oz) - i'm having trouble drinking my water right now... since my schedule is off with summer vacation
KEEP ACTIVE 6 DAYS A WEEK - with my move and living in the boondocks with my inlaws i'm not going to be close to the gym...
LOSE 8 POUNDS THIS MONTH
CONTINUE TO TAKE TIME FOR MYSELF EACH NIGHT - mainly by reading my books!
okay i think thats all for now... DOOL is almost over - just about time to get back to work!
