i'm off...

well i have to drive to raleigh in about an hour and a half to catch my flight to BWI - i'm SUPER excited. i can't wait to see everyone!
WI yesterday was WONDERFUL! i lost 3.4 - which brought me to my second goal which was my 2nd 10%!!(which brings me to 180.2) getting to 180 was my 10% back when i tried WW for the first time about 3 years ago... and i never made it before i stopped going... and gained all the weight i lost - plus some to make this now my 2nd 10% - so that makes me SUPER EXCITED about this... i haven't been in 180 since probably freshman year of college... i don't really remember. i am now 30 pounds away from my overall goal!!
oh - got this really cool website from HUNGRY GIRL in the email today... it helps you figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate which is how many calories your body burns if you were to just stay in bed all day and not do ANYTHING. so of course your body burns more - because you don't stay in bed all day - but it gives you a starting point to go from. check it out!
okay i need to go and finish packing all the stuff that i needed to use today before packing... see you all on monday!
