random thoughts
well WI went okay... lost .6 - not a lot but still a loss.
now for the bad news.... last night i ate (almost) and entire medium pineapple pizza from dominos. 7 slices (a med. has 8) it just tasted SO GOOD! my stomach didn't like me very much today because of it. so i guess i learned my lesson. at least i did workout - ATTACK!
today i ate much better. i still have 3 points for this evening. i also went to walmart this evening and picked up my veggies and fruits. maybe i'll make myself a little treat of some strawberries with FF cool whip. that'll be a nice treat for tonight.
tonight i did BODY PUMP - i upped my weight on my bar tonight for certain sets.... squats, chest, back, and biceps. i talked to one of my favorite instructors about how often i should be taken certain classes - mainly once i start taking the book camp class on friday. right now i don't go to the gym on fridays or sundays. so my new schedule will be monday - ATTACK; tuesday - PUMP and yoga; wednesday - ATTACK; thursday - off; friday - BOOT CAMP; saturday - aqua; sunday - off.
okay... now i need to get off of here - and read some blogs to get some more motivation!
