Back To Square One- Again, For the last time!
Wow..
So, I am back again. I started on my journey January 2007 and I lost 40 pounds within 6 months. I did great keeping it off until the holidays came around and I just lost control, crashed and burned LOL!. For the past 7 months I have been giving in to whatever I desire and I have worked out maybe 5 times. Well, here I am- 35 pounds heavier. It's insane that a human being can possibly gain that much weight in such a short period of time but I did it.. I feel like such a failure but I know that I just need to accept reality and do something about it.
So, here I go down this raod once more. This time, I will keep in mind that this is no "diet" but instead it's a lifestyle change that I need to follow for the rest of my life. I know this is possible. I have done it once before and I WILL do it again, except this time I will KEEP it off. My lond-term goal is to lose 70 pounds- at a a healthy rate, however long that takes. My short term goals are these:
1. Stay withing 1200 to 1400 caloris per day
2. Eat more carbs in the morning and less as they day progresses
3. NO FAST FOOD! Period.
4. 80oz of water per day
5. Workout atleast 5 times per week
10. I would like to lose 7-10 pounds this month
11. Absolutely no eating past 8pm- this is one of my biggest downfalls. DH are horrible about eating around 11pm to midnight!
I know I can do this.. Y'all wish me luck!
