Pills!

11:15 - Forgot to take pills yet another time

I have polycystic ovary syndrome and I am supposed to take Metformin 850mg twice a day. I also am prescribed Xenical to aid weight loss - which turned out to be nothing more than time loss so far. Oh and not to forget, never ending diarrhoea! Such a nightmare...

I tend to forget taking my pills... I mean, come on, how hard can it be to remember to do it twice a day. I even have a reminder on my phone, repeating itself daily.

I decided to note down taking pills here as well, there we go:

Metformin (M) Xenical (X) Vitamins (V) taken.

Breakfast

10:49 am - After Breakfast Calculations!

Just muched the following (forced it in, rather... i don't feel like eating shortly after i wake up)

- 2 Weetabix biscuits - 126 cal
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk - 50cal
- 6 grapes to make the mud more edible - 30cal
- Coffee (black with tiny amount of sugar) - 5cal (?) (ThereUgo, confirm please!)

Total: 211cal

Bleh...

10:00 am - Just woke up

Umm... hello there new day and the new month and the new people I'm hoping to meet here :)

Oh my... There's nothing like being woken up by the noise the builders make in your house *yawn*

Right... new month, new start, new try. I'm so gonna lose weight. *poke self, shake head* I'd better get some breakfast so that I won't raid the kitchen in a couple of hours to eat whatever I find :P

There's a lot todo, a lot to plan, a lot to post here and a lot to decide. I will keep posting throughout the day...
