Has anyone done the lunch box diet?

I stumbled across this recently, and was intrigued. I've ordered the book and it should arrive soon, but in the mean time I've been looking for any bloggers out there who've tried it and so far I can't find any. There's plenty of information about it, it's been around for a couple of years now, and I even found a document that outlines the basics of the diet, which what made me want to give it a try. But I was really hoping to find some other vegetarians out there who might have ideas for lunch boxes. If you're not familiar with it, here's a couple of YouTube videos, but you can also find info online.

it's pretty much what i have been doing.  before i started on here i used to just drink coffee and eat whatever during the day (usually biscuits).

when i started on here i got a lunch box and started taking food to work and i started losing weight easily.  i have been struggling the past few months because i have been cheating and having extras as well but at least i have established the habit of taking my lunch (although i didn't yesterday but i usually do).  I have even logged my lunch box as one of "my meals" on My Plate as it's pretty much the same every day.  Here is what i have:

Ham & Salad Sandwich
2 pieces of Fruit
Small tub of Yoghurt
Muesli Bar
Small Bag of Rice Crackers
Total 574 Cals

and that is heaps of food to last me the day.  sometimes i cut the fruit up and eat in a bowl with the yoghurt over the top. And it can be changed without really affecting the cals ie a chicken and salad sandwich instead of ham (or you could just have salad).  And yesterday i had a small vege wrap instead of the sandwich.

it's a good sensible plan - and pretty much what my mother used to feed me as a child.
